The Old World is a tactical tabletop game where players use strategy and units of various armies in clashes on a large scale where precise movement and positioning can result in victory or defeat.
Hailing from the mist-shrouded island continent of Ulthuan, the High Elves are composed of mighty warriors, powerful mages and legendary heroes. Pre-dating most other races, High Elves were considered the masters of the Mortal Realms and believed themselves to be its protectors. However, after many years of war, broken alliances and treachery, the once-mighty kingdom is now a shadow of its former self. Despite all that has happened, the High Elves still fight blade in hand, with the same determination they had thousands of years ago.
Eagle-Claw Bolt Throwers are unique amongst similar weapons used by other civilisations due to the ability to swap out bolts attached to the weapon seamlessly. Sea Guards can swap from large devasting bolts used to take down giant beasts to the fans of smaller bolts that stop infantry in their tracks.
